he Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) project, conducted for Compton Unified School District, entailed a comprehensive evaluation of school facilities. This assessment addressed various systems including architecture, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and overall functionality. Identifying deficiencies, safety hazards, and maintenance needs was pivotal in enhancing facility conditions. Data, including repair items and estimated costs, was meticulously uploaded to an online database for future reference. Effective collaboration among stakeholders, notably Compton USD administration and facilities management, ensured successful project completion. FORCE played a central role in the project, providing personnel for data collection, management, and upkeep of facility condition data.
