ORCE Asset Management proudly executed a comprehensive renovation project at Altus Air Force Base, focusing on enhancing the Military Working Dog (MWD) Facility to meet rigorous environmental asset requirements. The scope encompassed upgrading the HVAC system, metal roofing, metal siding, and constructing various essential rooms including medical, isolation, laundry, and food storage areas. Completed renovations involved meticulous attention to detail across multiple trades and phases, including demolition, concrete work, millwork installation, door and frame upgrades, drywall finishing, interior painting, installation of HDPE panels, acoustic ceilings, and specialty coatings for the dog kennel areas. Our team orchestrated seamless coordination to maximize functionality and effectiveness for our valued customers while minimizing downtime.

• Successfully managed the project within the designated schedule, from September 2019 to April 2020
• The project significantly improved the facility's infrastructure, ensuring better compliance with environmental asset requirements and providing upgraded amenities for military working dogs
• FORCE effectively organized and executed multiple trades and phases, optimizing workflow and minimizing disruptions to base operations during the renovation process
